Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described upon receipt. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Personal care, hygiene, underwear, intimate, or cosmetic products where return is not suitable for hygiene reasons
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items unless defective

Please contact us through the Contact page with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the concern.

Refund Review

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on Shopify, the payment provider, and your bank.
